- Customer receipts can be forwarded directly to BankRI’s lockbox department
- Items are sent to a local Rhode Island Post Office Box and processed in our Lincoln Operations Center, not shipped out of state as with many other providers
- Each item is reviewed and processed in accordance with pre-arranged instructions; deposits are made quickly, and all work is forwarded to you daily
- Information reporting is also available
