Lockbox

  • Customer receipts can be forwarded directly to BankRI’s lockbox department

  • Items are sent to a local Rhode Island Post Office Box and processed in our Lincoln Operations Center, not shipped out of state as with many other providers

  • Each item is reviewed and processed in accordance with pre-arranged instructions; deposits are made quickly, and all work is forwarded to you daily

  • Information reporting is also available
