POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Commercial Real Estate Lender: Develop new business relationships for the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio through existing contacts, referrals, and professional organizations. This position is primarily responsible for the growth of sound and profitable loan and deposit relationships. Accountable for presenting qualified prospects, solid credit analysis and well structured loan proposals for management loan approval. Develop strong customer relationships through a consistent calling program as well as through anticipating and fulfilling customer needs for ancillary products and services. Position requires strong negotiating skills for working within a very competitive market. A strong understanding of the Real Estate market and having established contacts within the Bank’s target area is necessary.
